生料帶的耐溫性能

生料帶是液體管道安裝中常用的一種輔助用品,用于管件連接處,增強管道連接處的密閉性。生料帶是一種新穎理想的密封材料。由于其無毒、無味、優良的密封性、絕緣性、耐腐性,被廣泛應用于水處理、天然氣、化工、塑料、電子工程等領域。
生料帶結晶度為90~95%,熔融溫度為327~342℃。
 
生料帶化學名稱是聚四氟乙烯,暖通和給排水中普遍使用普通白色聚四氟乙烯帶,而天然氣管道等也有專門的聚四氟乙烯帶,其實主要原料都為聚四氟乙烯,只不過一些工藝不一樣。
 
聚四氟乙烯相對分子質量較大,低的為數十萬,高的達一千萬以上,一般為數百萬(聚合度在104數量級,而聚乙烯僅在103)。
 
一般結晶度為90~95%,熔融溫度為327~342℃。聚四氟乙烯分子中CF2單元按鋸齒形狀排列,由于氟原子半徑較氫稍大,所以相鄰的CF2單元不能完全按反式交叉取向,而是形成一個螺旋狀的扭曲鏈,氟原子幾乎覆蓋了整個高分子鏈的表面。
 

 

這種分子結構解釋了聚四氟乙烯的各種性能。溫度低于19℃時,形成13/6螺旋;在19℃發生相變,分子稍微解開,形成15/7螺旋。

Because the radius of the fluorine atom is slightly larger than that of hydrogen, the neighboring CF2 units can not be completely trans-oriented, but instead form a helical twisted chain The fluorine atoms almost cover the whole surface of the polymer chain. This molecular structure explains the properties of polytetrafluoroethylene. At temperatures below 19 °C, a 13 / 6 Helix is formed, and at 19 °C, a phase transition occurs in which the molecule is slightly unraveled to form a 15 / 7 Helix.
